Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

We gladly accept most health insurance. We will gladly verify your insurance benefits and explain our charges prior to beginning treatment. We are committed to providing high quality care and will discuss all options available to you. We accept all PPO and POS plans, including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Principal Life Insurance, Great West, SAG, and many others. We are not covered by HMO plans. For auto accident cases, we accept med pay and we have several excellent personal injury attorneys we can refer you to. We also accept approved worker's compensation cases. We do not currently accept any contested worker's compensation or worker's comp liens.

For cash paying patients: we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
